When Martin (played by Manalo), a former criminal, appeared as Father Eman, the town accepted him. But later on, he fell in love with the town prostitute Lorena (played by Mina) and revealed his true identity to her. They planned a plan together to win the trust of the people; Sale; Their Miracle. But Lorena's insane sister Joan (played by Taylor) witnessed the appearance of the Virgin Mary, a true miracle that will challenge their faith and forever change their lives.
季節は秋になり、結城理をはじめとしたペルソナ使いたちによる特別課外活動部と異形の怪物「シャドウ」との戦いにも、終わりが近づいていた。しかし、「影時間」を終わらせるためシャドウとの死闘を繰り広げる理の前に、謎の転校生・望月綾時が現れる。第3章監督は「銀河機攻隊マジェスティックプリンス」「デート・ア・ライブ」などを手がけてきた元永慶太郎。
