1.记忆
科学研究表明，是存在自我潜意识里编造记忆这个说法的，这一切都发生在无意识中。这证明:人完全可以被人为地诱导，自我编造起自己完全没做过的记忆，然后承认莫须有的罪名。这让我想起了《爱德华医生》的剧情，所以说，这一切的发生并不仅仅由心理学主导，也存在的相应的科学依据。
记忆深刻与否，主要由以下三个因素所主导:情感、地点和故事。情感的冲击，完全可以导致记忆的自我重铸。从某一层面也表面，想象记忆法的确有效。
同时，研究也表面，大脑中关乎过去的记忆板块，和未来的几乎一致
不得不说，网飞出品的纪录片一直都很不错。人物传记类的纪录片《解码比尔盖茨》，以及自然探索类的纪录片《Our Planet》，口碑都非常好。
而这部属于"解密"系列的新作，也保持一如既往的高水平，既有科学研究的理论成果作为支撑，还以通俗易懂的方式呈现出来。
对观众而言，是一部值得一看的纪录片，对创作者而言，也有很多值得学习的地方。
